Strategically located in the Kwandere area of Lafia Nasarawa State is our state of the art  ETHANOL BIO CHIPS PROCESSING PLANT.

Sorflex Limited delved into the processing and production of Cassava Chips solely for export purposes in October 2018. The Company started out by creating a market niche for cassava produce across the rural areas of Nasarawa State Nigeria.

She initiated a scheme with the local farmers within a 200km radius to its factory where all Cassava cultivated were purchased by the Company at a fixed price based on the total weight of the products. A massive employment benefiting the local indigenes took place, wherein over 1000 workers were employed during the course of the production year.

At the end of the production season, we had amassed over 5,000

metric tons of ethanol and animal feed quality processed cassava ready for export to our off-takers.

Although an instant success, we put a halt on production in 2019 and took a giant stride to erect a world class Cassava Processing Facility with the technology and equipment to process Cassava Chips for Ethanol Biofuel, Livestock Feed and the highest premium chemical grade chips that meets International standard for both export and multinational Companies. Since then, we have concluded the construction of our ethanol plant in Lafia, Nasarawa State that houses equipment capable of producing 4000 tons of products daily.Some equipment available at our facility includes; chipping machines, industrial sieves complete with conveyor belts, weighbridges, pay loaders, heavy duty trucks, cargo tricycles, etc. to make the facility fully functional and automated.

Our warehouses span over 10,000 square meters for the storage of agricultural products and our dedicated Phytosanitary department ensures that the entire facility is pest-free at all times to eradicate completely the risk of product damage
